Join Custom Retail Store Fixtures



The entire Custom Retail Store Fixtures and Millwork Team welcomes Mr. Shaver with his vast experience and understanding of our Clients and their mission. We will immediately put his knowledge of the millwork industry in play throughout our Company, said Mr. John Smith, President, CEO and Founder.

Shaver comes to Custom Retail with 35 years experience in the woodworking industy. He was taught woodworking at an early age from his Grandfather, Cecil Windham, along with operating various types of equipment, from planers to panel saws. Cecil put his Grandson to work anywhere he needed him, all at the family business, Windham Woodworks, Inc. He was the Plastic Shop Formean @ 20 managing a crew of six, Draftsman for two years, then on to the Estimating Department quoting architectural woodwork, standing and running trim, wood doors, cabinets and complex counters, to only name a few.


Prior to joining Custom Retail, Shaver and his Partner managed Ark-La-Tex Woodworks in the Shreveport/Bossier area from 1995 until 2011, manufacturing just about any millwork project, cabinets/countertops and, along with the CEO Position, Shaver was responsible for cabinet building, shipping, receiving, billing, collections, payroll and sweeping when duty called. This will be good experience for Shaver because at Custom Retail the Motto is to do "Whatever It Takes" for our Clients.


Shaver attended LSU, has been married for 31 years with two Sons.

Ark-La-Tex Woodworks, store fixtures joins measure.



All accessories shop selling retail Custom & carpentry team welcomes Mr. Shaver with his vast experience and knowledge of our customers and their mission. We immediately put his knowledge of the woodworking industry in game throughout our company, said Mr John Smith, President, CEO and founder.

Shaver comes to measure retail with 35 years of experience in the woodworking industry. He taught carpentry at an early age by his grandfather, Cecil Windham, along with various types of team Planers for horizontal panel saws in operation. Cecil was his grandson to work anywhere I needed him, everyone in the family business, Windham Woodworks, Inc. was the Formean plastic shop @ 20, leading a team of six, cartoonist for two years, then in the Department of architectural, permanent and ordinary carpentry garnished, estimation of wood doors, cabinets and counters complex, to name just a few.


Before joining measure retail, Shaver and his partner managed Woodworks Ark-La-Tex in the Shreveport/Bossier area since 1995 until 2011, to manufacture virtually any woodworking project, cabinets / countertops and, together with the CEO's Position, Shaver was responsible for Cabinet building, shipping, receiving, billing, collections, payroll and sweep the call of duty. It's good experience for Shaver because custom retail motto is to do "whatever is necessary" to our customers.
